I do wish him well. As I was driving home a few minutes ago I was thinking what people will remember Chavez for, undoubtedly his speech to the United Nations when he said he can smell gun powder in the room.

Somehow for me, that was his low moment.
Well that is why the two of us are always on opposing sides. However AS IN THIS INSTANCE OF WISHING Chavez well we do agree.
It was Sulphur not Gun Powder. Commrade Hugo will be fine. Dumbo was a Oliage according to Hugo.
