  This is an excellent village for those of us who are interested in Anthropology. Wakapao also has some of the brightest students in Guyana. As I look at this photo, I am wondering whether this school building is complete, or still a work-in-progress; observe that there is no railing where the students are seated, nor along the steps. Could SN find out from the Ministry of Education..??

Did Stabroek news or the Photographer allow these children to 'pose" dangerously from the second floor balcony? Observe there are no rails.
