China and India don't care. Greed stifles them more than smog.

Pollution in China is a direct result of the country's over-population. Of course that is compounded by the development and growth which is tied to industrialization. The overnight millionaires live a good quality of life. It is the poor and working class who are exposed to most of the country's pollution.
