Not necessarily. American is slowing down again,but China is owed billions from many countries around the world. They will collect. Also China has enough people to sustain it's economy.

India, China, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand and other small Countries are becoming Big Manufacturing States who will sonn be trading among themselves. They will soonbe able to Finance themselves by creating the ASIAN Financing Instutition etc.
