DG is from just a few hundred yards from where I lived. His connection to the PNC, and then jumping ship to embrace the PPP for financial gain is well known in Linden.

As for your perception that he knows more about hydro electrical generation: stop talking rubbish. Don't underestimate the knowledge of people you don't know. I have been involved with the hydro dam in Suriname, which as been in operation since the sixties. The only hydro dam DG worked on is the one called Armitage Shanks.
