I don't know all the facts in this matter, but if what you said is true then the search is legal.  The opposition will certainly try to politicize it.

They are behaving like obstructionists.  They are trying to slow down the PPP from making progress.

An election petition if filed will another major embarrassment since the courts will force them to produce their SOP's.

SOPs are inconsequential now. They have been overtaken by the more transparent and reliable SOR. It is rare for the electorate to have as reliable a vote count as the one conducted during the national recount where it was witnessed on mass media. That recount proved withont any shadow of doubt Mingo's fraudulent representation of the ballots cast in region 4. It also proved that Lawrence was involved as she affixed her signature to Mingo's fraudulent declaration. The deadline for filing an elections petition is a week from today. I am pretty certain that the PNC are not going to file that petition because I think they knew they lost the elections fair and square. All they were seeking to do is remain in government illegally just as they were able to do following the NCM.
