Guyana Times understands that the company’s Board of Directors held an emergency meeting with the newspaper’s staff late Thursday afternoon, during which the workers were informed that the company was not in a financial position to pay the $50,000 bonus, in addition to the five per cent bonus that is retroactive to January this year, which was already paid.

However, this newspaper understands that during the meeting, staff members suggested that the Board put arrangements in place to have the Government Information Agency (GINA) pay its bill of some $70 million owed to the newspaper for the publication of ads.
The Guyana Times seems to forget the PPP used GINA to publish their propaganda ads,suh they placed this piece to blame the current gov't.

Oii lighten up where is the criminality?? Moses raised his hand in parliament and show them his hands are clean.
Moses show them his hands because he wants to show them them how big they are. How much money he is capable of grabbing at a time. Moses' hands and Granger's hands have never and will never be clean. Both are crimminals.
