It will be interesting to witness the COA rule against their own ruling in the Eslyn David case. The PNC is currently entangled in their web of lies which are reaching their natural end.

Hopefully the COA doesn't embarrass itself again. They are already 3 for 3 in the embarrassment category since the NCM. They just cannot continue in that manner.

From information presented by the appellant, it would appear that Chief Justice, Roxanne George-Wiltshire erred in every instance in this case.
