Get one thing clear in your head, the PNC will NOT be forming the next government of Guyana.  The silent majority have spoken loud and clear and the will of the people will be respected.  PNC needs to get their minds out of the Serengeti.  Welcome to the new Jerusalem!

We were fully aware of the options before us - she either takes the CEO's advice or she does not. She chose the latter. We remain prepared.

Expect this to return to the High Courts.

Information needed from the Chief Executive Officer relates to the election results based on the SORs - Statements of Recount.

Keith Lowenfield did not submit the required information.

We will see tomorrow - July 14, 2020 - how the issues will develop.

Government Commissioner Vincent Alexander told reporters moments ago that the Chair of the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM), Justice Claudette Singh will instruct Deputy Chief Elections Officer Roxane Myers to submit an elections report on the results of the Recount, if Chief Elections Officer, Keith Lowenfield fails to do so by 2 pm tomorrow.

Alexander is advocating instead for the use of the results from the declarations currently in abeyance, including the fraudulent figures produced by Region Four Returning Officer, Clairmont Mingo.

According to Commissioner Sase Gunraj, Chair of the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM), Justice (ret’d) Claudette Singh has invalidated the March ten declarations which were being held in abeyance.

Gunraj, who spoke to the media outside of the GECOM head office in Kingston, related that the Chair made the decision today during the Commission meeting.

Gunraj is of the view that this invalidation has also invalidated all reports submitted by Chief Elections Officer, Keith Lowenfield, which were based on those declarations, as a consequence.

Lowenfield was today instructed to submit his report tomorrow which reflects the results of the National Recount. Failure to so will result in his duties being transferred to the Deputy CEO, Roxanne Myers

You are a loser.  The Chairwoman already said that the PPP won by 15336 votes and ordered Lowenfield to report that.    Any other report after that is a fake.    Lowenfield has committed treason and he will be jailed along with his fake lawyers.

From the grapevine, The PNC cabals are trying to get Claudette fired, only that the constitution is not allowing it.  Claudette can fire her subordinates according to the constitution.  Lawyer girl, eat your heart out.

Isn't it amazing that their attorneys are free to run to court to file injunctions, but if APNU lawyers do the same, suddenly its tantamount to treason.

Claudette Singh was properly appointed as Chairman of GECOM.

The Process ...

Leader of the Opposition submits his list of candidates to the President who considers and then eventual appointments of a person.

If no person is considered as acceptable, the President indicates so and ask the Leader of the Opposition to submit another list.

This process continues until a person is selected and appointed.

If the Opposition Leader fails to submit a list of candidates; the President can unilaterally appoint a person as Chairman of GECOM.

The Chairman has the last word. Only GECOM can declare a winner.  Only GECOM can order a new Election. The high court does not have the authority to tell the Chairman what to do. The Coalition does not have any new evidence to support their arguments.   Everybody saw how Lowenfield cheated.
