Déjà vu. My memory bank has just sent me a recollection that projects like the one above were publicized aplenty in the run-up to the 2011 general elections.

The PPP vote-buying stunt has resumed in Georgetown and the Rupununi.

If these little things were addressed earlier they would not be such gargantuan tasks today. But it represents the ridiculous and the obscene that is our reality. They get to spend the nations cash with their people doing the clean up and framing themselves as saints...How many times did the people ask for reprieve from the filth in their communities?

Oi Conscience, NEVER forget, is taxpayer money.  NOT PPP money.
