I have one on my website which Customers use to request service it's linked to the company email,i do get a few request monthly.

Not that I am aware of. Nothing from GNI that I can remember off the top of my head.

Over the years I have not had too many responses with Guyanese Groups. 

There is is tremendous  responses from Indian and Pakistani social networking groups especially from FB.
