Kim for Guyana's AG !!!
Rochelle in Hiding this morning.
Kim Kyte-Thomas is able to speak clearly because she is on the side of right. Jeremie was clearly overburdened by the attempted fraud by the PNC.
Why did Jones sue Williams when he is agreeing with her?
It's very painful to watch Basil Williams.
Actually it is good comedy.
Williams rambling now.
Basil Used up his assistant's attorney 15 mins.
As expected Williams used up his entire 20 minutes and then passed the mic to his partner Edwards who was told he had no time available to him. Williams used all that time rambling on and on.
Not impressed with Khan's presentation. He deviated too far.

Basil does it again !
Everyone else is just more coats. Kyte-Thomas has already done everything necessary to have this appeal dismissed.
Mendes should give Jeremie speaking lessons.
Looks like Williams is itching to talk again. Edwards isn't getting to talk today.
Itâs difficult keeping a lie straight over time and among different people. Things happening so fast, they have no time to line up their ducks.
Mendes pointed out to the court that the last time the AG came to this court he was arguing for order 60 and wanted the court to interpret the constitution in light of order 60. Now the AG is all twisted in a pretzel.
Poor Basil. He is now suffering from CAS, Court Abuse Syndrome.
I am not totally impressed with Ralph. Providing History lessons are not of importance to this case. He was equally unimpressive at the lower court case.
Actually Ralph is providing very good background. Mendes and Kyte-Thomas are doing the heavy lifting for the rest. With Ralph putting in the record that GECOM reassigned a seat to the AFC in 2011 established that Boodoo then and Lowenfield noe does not have the power the PNC is arguing now. Vincent Alexander likes to boast that he found the mathematical error in 2011 so his shameless contentions now is laughable.
Dawn Gregory sounds like she will still vote for the PNC.

I did hear that later in his argument when he finally decided to frame his argument to confirm GECOM's power. I do agree.
He wasted his first few minutes unnecessarily. He finally found his ground.
Ralph is very experienced. Don't mistake his slow arguments for lack of knowledge or experience. Look how fast Williams talk but he doesn't even argue law or fact anymore. He is in a schoolyard reality now.
I can only conclude that the PNC lawyers don't take time to read/rehearse their oral submissions prior to making them in court. The PPP and other parties lawyers seem much more prepared for their oral submissions.
Looks like Dawn Gregory is looking for any excuse to give her vote to the PNC. She is getting agitated with Datadin who speaks with the greatest clarity.
Jeremie getting ready to speak again so it would be wise to get some coffee.
He is supposed to have 15 minutes but he begged for 30 and she gave him the extension and then he started out making complaints instead of response arguments. He will run out of time again.
Harmon said that all these lawyers are APNU+AFC lawyers so Jeremie isn't fooling anyone.
Legal representatives for APNU/AFC et al, seem to be going in circles with generally unrelated issues to the matter.
Res judicata is the fundamental issue for this matter.
Also, the elections results must be rendered first and after that; should there be challenging items; those issues must be addressed by the pertinent high court.
Thursday, July 30, 2020 @ 10:00 am -- decision day/time.
Interesting presentations/discussions at the end.
I predict that the High Court order will be upheld by a split decision 2-1
PPP wins. It would be important for Claudette to act quickly and put this to an end.
Anyone noticed how GNI alleged lawyer Rochelle went into hiding ?

Not so fast. Basil will push it up to the CCJ. And the CCJ will slap a rejection to beat all rejections on those rejects the Cabal.

She will be back when another delaying tactic is used.
A split decision?
