According to the Constitution of Guyana, Cap 1:04 Section 13(2) provides that the trial of the petition shall be continued from day to day until conclusion.
Well, Forde doesn't plan to provide any evidences and Robertson wasn't doesn't have his list of witnesses ready even though he should be presenting them today. Looks like the Coalition isn't ready to defend their petition. The CJ isn't happy with Robertson.

You know tu much. The Coalition brought the petition, it is not defending it.

Interesting indeed ,but there will be no confusion between the two petitions.
