Regardless who was in power when this happened, it was a heinous act. He should never see the outside of the prison again. Leave the bastard in there to rot. They should have sentenced him to public castration also(without any doctor being present).

Prisoners don't like pedos. He would have to start getting use to the end of the broom stick and such like devices up his rectum. He is most likely to hang himself.
