They should disqualify the vote which turn out to be from dead people or migrants.

They have to provide the evidence and so far the majority of the so call dead is alive. Itâs also illegal to obtain someone dead certificate without their consent, we saw a legal notice was send to APNU/ AFC with intent for suing.
In regards to the migrants, itâs not illegal to return and vote.. I did it.
It is impossible to vote twice and vote for someone else. How can someone bypass -
1. The folio with your photo.
2. The ink on your finger.
3. 4 GECOM staff.
4. The agent from each political parties stationed in the polling station.
5. Police ranks.
6. Local and overseas observers.
Tell me how you can bribe all these people and APNU/ AFC did not express any concern until now... but they claimed the election was FREE and FAIR.
What I am talking about is dead people and those lived overseas, not those who went back. If they found out that someone voted for them, then the vote must be disqualified.
How they get to vote twice is not my concern. My concern is one of the votes must be disqualified at the time of the vote not days later.
I have mentioned most Guyanese are crooked , they copy the traits from the current leaders. I know some from my village who in authority will compromise themselves for a few $$$

People can be compromised ,the recount is proving irregularity everyday . It;s not new ,looks it was happening in past elections.

What way can they be compromise Django?
Amid continuous claims being made by the APNU/AFC coalition about dead or migrated persons having voted on Elections Day, one of Guyanaâs international partners is pointing out that the systems that were in place on March 2 made it impossible for any discrepancies to have occurred.

History repeating itself with same old PNC trickery. On Election Day 1973 Gilbakka turned up at Uitvlugt Scots School to vote. He travelled from Georgetown where he was working and renting a room.
An official at the desk named Cheryl Sampson told Gilbakka he voted already. She pointed to a pencil line across Gilbakka's name on the voters list. Gilbakka denied voting already. She said Gilbakka voted overseas. Gilbakka said he was residing in Georgetown and never went overseas. The Presiding Officer, an old gentleman, stood nearby. Gilbakka put his case to the old man who instructed Cheryl Sampson to let Gilbakka vote.
The same Cheryl Sampson lived only a stone's throw from my father's home. She could easily have asked my parents or sisters where I was living.
Of note, Cheryl Sampson later became a PNC parliamentarian and Head of the PNC women's arm WRSM after Viola Burnham died.
This should be the 4th time I am mentioning in this Forum how the PNC nearly disenfranchised me. They are still entrenched in their old dirty ways. They want to nullify PPP/C votes by alleging that those voters were living overseas on March 2. In reality many folks these days are relocating from their traditional villages to other parts of Guyana. THEIR VOTES MUST BE COUNTED.

PPP threatens Court action if GECOM probes claims of âdead votingâ
May 28 2020
PPP Candidate and Attorney Anil Nandlall told reporters outside the Arthur Chung Convention Centre that any move by GECOM to investigate the claims being made during the recount would be illegal and he believes the Court will stop it.
The Peopleâs Progressive Party this evening threatened that the Guyana Elections Commission could face Court action if it makes any move to investigate the claims that votes were cast for persons who are dead and persons who were out of the country at the 2nd March elections.
PPP Candidate and Attorney Anil Nandlall told reporters outside the Arthur Chung Convention Centre that any move by GECOM to investigate the claims being made during the recount would be illegal and he believes the Court will stop it.
âNo, not it will not happen, the Court will stop it. Look, anytime the Commission acts outside of its legal powers, the Court will be there to correct itâ, Nandlall said.
Asked what would be the PPPâs position if it is found that ballots were cast for persons who are dead or were out of the country on elections day, Mr. Nandlall said âthe PPP has nothing to hide, but the PPP will not participate in an illegal exercise, if GECOM goes down a road that GECOM has no power to travel and wants to perform functions that GECOM has no lawful right or power to perform, then the PPP will not participate in that exerciseâ.
The APNU+AFC Coalition has been making objections to a number of votes during the recount and has been claiming that votes were cast for persons who died and persons who were out of the country on elections day. The Coalition has promised to provide the Elections Commission with evidence to support its claims, including death certificates and possible travel records.
GECOM Chair â Justice Claudette Singh
But Mr. Nandlall said such issues would be best dealt with in an election petition and not by the Commission. He said the Commission cannot interfere with a single vote and would have to hear from every person whose vote might be affected and therefore that is why he believes it is an issue for the Court and not GECOM.
The Coalition has argued that as part of the recount of votes, the Elections Commission has set credibility as part of the order and therefore it believes that GECOM must probe the claims if it wants to establish credibility or the lack of credibility.
Looks like the Courts will be involved in the dead voting, the circus continues.

Looks like you supporting Electoral Fraud. Wait for the fat lady to sing.
PNC is trying to stop the recount. IF they can't they will delay the declaration or stop it altogether with excuses. These people know that they lost the elections and they are doing everything possible to remain in power. They don't care about people's rights or democracy. Their history tells us that's who they are.

I accompanied my father to the poll on that day and witnessed the official telling my father that he had already voted by proxy. My father then inquired about my grandfather who had died the previous year and when it was checked, my dead grandfather also voted.
I also remember us talking to a family friend at the polling station who lost his life that night while transporting ballot boxes in his employers vehicle.
There was a wonderful article that was posted here a few years ago by Sunil describing the incident.

Look story hay.... PNC killing yo family bhai, this is more than eye pass..BTW, his wife posted the image on social media.
It's GECOM's responsibilty to bury the dead.
It was also the Coalition Government's responsibility to delete the names of the migrants from the Electoral Lists.
In the world of computers it is so damn easy to cross check the names of people who registered twice or thrice.
When the political parties demonstrated such degree of backwardness, what will you think of their followers?

No GECOM responsibility to cleanse the voters list ,there should be handshake with Register of Birth and Deaths.
The law regarding Guyanese Immigrants who became Citizens of other countries right to vote in Guyana elections should be revisited.
