Now that it appears to have circulated, hope GECOM can meet to discuss the way forward. I will not be surprised if there is another need to cancel the meeting for lack of quorum.

Order is not in effect until Thursday/Friday of this week.

Chairwoman's previous letter of instruction is thrown out. Do note that GECOM/Lowenfield will have to declare credible count as required by Order No. 60. No where did it say as required by the "recount results" or "tabulated votes" or "Certificate of Tabulation."

Need to iron out my green outfit in time for celebrations!

Perhaps there could be a lack of quorum.

However, should there continue to be a lack of quorum - two government plus two opposition members - a meeting can eventually be held if all of the government or opposition members stay away from meetings.

At that time, after the calling of a few meetings where two or all of the commissioners for each group are missing, the Chairman of GECOM has the right under the laws/procedures for GECOM to call a meeting and proceed with business with the opposition/government members plus herself -- which is at least four - 4- members of the commission.

Did Dr Ali sent you an invite? He will be President for all the people, Blacks, PNC and even Dead AFC.

It started collecting some dust, but don't worry, I already sent it to the dry cleaners. I will wear some yellow heels, too!

Indeed indeed indeed Ms. Rochelle ...

Perhaps, with your personal and explicit approval, I may have the unique opportunity to accompany you to the celebrations when Irfaan Ali is sworn in as President of Guyana.

But she will  need a red dress that might be challenging. Black on red goes well together.

Will you allow my Punjabi tailor  the honours with a sari,  as he recently did with a wedding outfit in Ludhianna.

I wish I can feel like you, but I would like a multicolor outfit to celebrate all of Guyana citizen's victory. I believe you said the Court of Appeal is where the buck stops. Now the matter is in the CCJ. A fair outcome is more than satisfying for me and the legal process should continue. Don't you want the same?

Can you please, please show us a picture of the dress you ironed for Lucifer Granger's inauguration? I do hope that cook up rice and plantain chips did not stain it. That would be a tragedy.
