Those who believe the world is overpopulated are doing something about it! I've told you scoffers what I did for myself 8 times and you all scoffed and laughed but you care more for yourselves and being laughed at than you care for your fellow Guyanese back home! I'm quite sure you scoffers do the exercise, not taking any chances, in case I'm right! Why, even those who harass and have been trying to kill me for over 10 years are doing the exercise, I'm sure! I've posted that Guyanese are selfish! I forgot that they are also stupid! At least, some of them here!

It was a drive-by. Then later I researched it and saw words describing it as the Ten Commandments of the Antichrist, Luciferian Secret Society, Satanic, Cult Worship, etc. I'm a Christian and don't wish to discuss this further. Thanks.

Perhaps I should tell you how I came to be doing this exercise! In '67 in Guyana, my ankle (left or right, I don't remember) was injured in a motorcycle accident! For three months I couldn't walk, much less use the weights for exercise! All I could do were leg raises and sit ups without weights!

At the end of three months, when I could walk again, I decided to try out my strength on the weights, using a moderately heavy poundage. This seemed light to me, so I decided to load up my top overhead lift, the clean & jerk! I successfully lifted that, too! All without lifting any weights for 3 months! That's when I first realized that these two exercises RECHARGED your body! They cause maximum digestion of the food you eat! I later found that the leg raises were more responsible than the sit ups!

So when I first experienced the breathlessness, the pain in my left lung, the simultaneous coughing and sneezing (all these for the first time in my 84+ years), I didn't know what to do! Except do the leg raises because of my experience that they recharge my body,  and see what would happen! It worked again! And again for 7 more times thus far!

The late Keevil Daly, who I admired (until he became distant when I'd told him I was part white! He had a lot of negative experiences with white people! Yet he married a white girl!), won several Mr. British Guiana bodybuilding championships, especially Best Abdominals! He also won Mr. New York City and was the winner of the gold medal in the lightheavyweight class for Canada in the British Empire Games in 1952! Third in the Mr. World competition! All because he paid attention to his abdominals!

Just before I left Guyana in 1977, I received a package from the Rosicrucians inviting me to join their Secret Society. I was a Time Magazine subscriber, maybe that's how they got my address. I guess they were soliciting world members and funds to build the monument. The monument was completed in 1980. I'm curious who's this mysterious R.C.
