National Budget preparation and implementation is the responsibility of the Government of any country; The PPPC Administration has a tradition of consulting with stakeholders in the formulation of the National Budget, such as Labour, Private Sector organizations among others and is therefore including the opposition as a stakeholder for consultation;However it seems the opposition wants to railroad the entire process.

The way I see it is the opposition expects to be part of the preparation process.....it is the govt's deeper responsibility to include the opposition in this process of budget preparation.....
The political dynamics have changed in Guyana due to the mismanagement of Jagdeo and his cronies especially since 2006....
I believe that if the opposition is not included in the preparation process the budget will not pass the house and thus a constitutional crises will emerge....

The Budget must account for AL the money..ALL. If not, railroad it if $$Billions are unaccounted for like the 2008 and 2009 Budget.
