According to all news reports Mr. Darryl Issa has made it to the Republic of Guyana. Previously, and this is on record, the congressman once said that Guyana was in Africa. Hopefully, Issa would be able to distinguish between Africa and South America. Welcome to Guyana Darryl you are not in downtown Kinshasa or in Nairobi.

In one thread the man asked a question as to whether Issa was coming to Guyana and who with him. Now he sehing that Issa in Guyana.
