I don't see what so unusual and funny here.  In GT four goats trespassed and damaged our garden.  My mother had them all arrested by two police officers and taken into custody.  They were awaiting arraignment and a quick trial and likely death sentence.  The owner, sporting a goatee, arrived at station, became rather sheepish, posted bail, made restitution and all were pardoned!

This is the Rule of Law!!  Goatee or no goatee!!

I first thought that Rumjaat was finally doing some work, he now making arrest.

They should have examined the goat to see if she was sexually molested.
