The Burnhamites and Jagdeoites have committed similar sins.

Stealing votes cast is as bad as refusing you the right to vote at local govt elections. That's why the local communities have collapsed. Nobody digging the drains, fixing the roads, digging the backdam trenches, etc.

Burnham has an excuse- he is a dictator. What is the PPP's excuse? Why are they scared of local govt elections?
