Because it certainly wasn't for black people.

You have to admit, 1992 was the first year in 28 years of no military intervention.  So can we say 2015 was "BLACK victory" even though it was an arguably free and fair election.  Can anyone say it just like the PNC victories pre-1992?  You will find very few Indians who would agree.

2015 is a continuum of 1992, not anything prior.

I am not sure what you mean because as far as I know Dr Cheddi Jagan was loved by many people of both major races in Gy.

Question; are you saying that someone not Afro is incapable of governing in the interest of Afro Guyanese?

The PPP was a racist government which excluded blacks.  But given that you think that blacks are illiterate, dirty, violent, and useless this isn't of interest to you.  This was your behavior several years ago when such behavior was tolerated on this site, so this reflects your deeply held attitudes.

Let us hope that the APNU doesn't behave in the same way that the PPP does and excludes Indians.  We will see soon enough.

That is the nonsense which FreeDUMB House has fed you all.  No Cheddi was seen as an INDIAN leader, and blacks lived in FEAR of Cheddi ruling Guyana!

I suggest that you examine the election results to see that they didn't support him after he converted the PPP into a race based Indian party.  You have several elections to look at.  1953 was the ONLY time he got massive black support.  Certainly NOT in 1957 or in 1961 or in 1964 or in 1992 or in 1997.

No he was NOT liked by black people who saw him as the head of an Indian party, which had no respect for Afro Guyanese.  And 22 years of PPP rule and we see how racist the PPP was.  Like they are saying "Thank God the slow holocaust is over".

Blacks see 2015 just as Indians saw 1992, and you just have to accept that fact, and hope that Guyana's tradition of ethnic revenge is over.
