Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump pushed back Thursday morning against claims by top congressional Democrats that a deal has been reached over legislation to protect hundreds of thousands of young undocumented immigrants and that a border-security package would not include a wall along the US-Mexico border.

1. Issue is what Trump will do after deal(s) are made with the Democrats.

2. Border wall could be built, but not with payments by Mexico.

3. Favourable decision must be made for the undocumented individuals.

The "Dem Deal" sums up to three words. "Trump is Smart."

Trump appears to finally comprehend that a President needs to seek the support of the opposition. Let us not forget that the Republicans are on a path to self destruction and Trump being a shrewd businessman, smelled the rat.

Let us not forget that he ran against the entire Republican administration and won the Presidency.
