I have said that the PNC is not capable, never was, never will be able to bring the minimum Progress to Guyana. I stated that not because I dont like them BUt is very knowledgeable/aware of these people and their absolute level of incompetence, stupidity, clueless and down right illiteracy. I know their supporters are, were and will always live in their version of Hope that I am wrong. These people just dont have what it takes to run a Country, manage resources both human and natural. They are very good at intimidation, violence and talk!!!!
