At 9 PM on the 2nd of March 2020, I irritably asked the Presiding Officer of the Polling station what was the reason for the delay in sealing the ballot box and delivering my party’s copy of the statement of poll. We had all been working there since 4.30 AM that morning; an uneventful day of polling concluded and counting had commenced and finished without incident at approximately 8.30PM. Why then were we all standing around? I was told we were waiting on a ‘deputy returning officer’ who had to give the ‘all clear’ before the box could be sealed and the SOP’s distributed. I was a bit loud with my condemnation of this new bullshit procedural inserted by GECOM. The LAW does not cater for a Deputy Returning Officer being present or giving instructions to a PO. I do not know who, what or where this DRO was invented but the PO was adamant he could not act without the consent of the DRO. My objections were made in the presence of representatives of the Carter Center and can be verified easily.
5th June 2020 and I am hearing of procedural errors made by PO adherence to DRO instructions. Not a single voter should be disenfranchised because of any DRO action; it would be an injustice too monstrous to contemplate.

So, allegations from one thing to the next surfacing especially now with all the missing documents can some one in authority in Gecom say what the employees in the video was actually doing there?

Why is a person's passport personal information displayed on GNI ? Its no wonder there are identity theft and other personal information problems. Whether its approved or not, don't security know that a risk exist ? It must be a Guyana ting, who cares when its someone else personal information.
Admin, I would recommend that this passport copy be removed and other sources used to identify this person. Or get him to make a video like others.

Documents of people identity will not be allowed on forum.
There is an old saying "what you don't like for yourself don't do to others" hence your post with people identity will be removed.
How can votes cast be proven to be valid when there are no statutory documents ?
Signed SOPS aren't wholly proof to validate votes, if such be case just mark a few ballots for the the party of choice and put into the boxes. There will be no recordings of the fraudulent ballots.
Perhaps the Signed SOPS ,Mingo used for tabulation are valid.
