Does the US Government have a difficulty working with current Commissioner of Police?

I was reliably advised that the current Ambassador said privately that the USG is having difficulty working with Brumel and plan to raise those concerns with the President.

The DEA team in Guyana found Brumel grossly incompetent in his current job.

Easy one to solve.........take away the Visa as was done for the past two Commisioner of Police and that of Rohee, and wallah problem solved.
