I saw an APNU press conference and a PNC member, Dr. Dalgliesh Joseph was briefing the media. Does anyone know this gentleman? He was eloquent and mild spoken, not the 'mo fyah' kind of rhetoric one would expect from the PNC. What are your thoughts of him?

Dagliesh and I go way back to GNS and Officer Cadet Course 5. Well spoken and mannered guy. Got a scholarship to Cuba to study medicine and did well. I cant say how he has evolved since the 1970's since we have been out of touch but I do know he was always sincere, if that helps !
