David Granger is not only fighting for his political life but also for his own survival. By constution Moses Nagamottoo is acting, in the capacity of president. This has created a debacle weather the prime minister should be in parliament and still function as a head of state? Thus, a serious decision has to be made as to where the Prime Minister and Guyana's First Vice President should be. A cabinet reshuffle would be inappropriate, at such a time. Thus, the most likely solution would be for The APNU Administration to call a general election in 2019 instead of waiting until 2020. Hopefully, the political parties are ready for an early poll.

General election is constitutionally scheduled for first half of 2020. Having regard to recent developments on some significant fronts, 2019 could be Election Year.
Some a dem PNC people will vex if election is 2019. Dem waiting for oil money to flow in 2020. But first, Exxon has to recoup its cost for all the wells they have been finding recently. âFirst oilâ money goes to Exxon, not to Guyana.
Its a shame that PNC had such a rare opportunity of reconciliation but instead they chose to put their boots on the head of Indos in favor of party faithful.

Nonsense,Imagine you talking about smarts, can only excelled at spinning the propaganda from the Rat and Freedom House.
Read Production Sharing Agreement between the Guyana Gov't and Exxon. From the first barrel pumped Guyana is getting revenue.
I donât understand why, if the head of state is incapacitated, there needs to be new elections.

No, I asking. I doubt there will be early elections for this or anything else.

There are designated lines of succession.
