The new leaders have never administered a country and may depend on some of these leaders to guide them through infancy .
Revolution or no revolution the court is there to uphold the constitution. Unless the new government disband the juridical system they have to abide by the court ruling.

You are talking about a constitution that did not emanate from popular will. It was written by the military thugs who with with the help of America oppressed that country for half century. The country needs a new constitution written by a body that represents the large majority, an elected constituent body.
