You are not the Bibi who first showed up at GNI. The old Bibi was smart, humorous and did not pick fights.
As of late, I see a very angry Bibi. Sarcastic and short tempered. I don't know that happened or what is happening but the current Bibi is not the same.
I think that your differences with Base can be taken offline. A public display on a daily basis is not a pleasant sight. Don't lash out on me for highlighting this but I hope that you reflect on what I observed.

Some people's C grade are better the A grade earned by others. A C grade does not tell the entire story about the person's ability. It could be that the C grade was earned by someone who was busy working and putting less than 10% of the time than the non-working person who earned the A grade.
