So Djanjo, it means in 2012 Census  - 373477 voters could have  voted if there was a election. Because in the 2011 election GECOM register 346,717 voters who cast their votes 

That means Between 2012 to 2015 eligible voters rises to approximately 42,000 because GECOM had a total of 415,970 who dip their fingers in the red ink in 2015 election.

Django I  am not here to challenge you on numbers, but something is not make sense with the numbers, maybe we can uncover something here.

I wanna believe their is excess ballots in the boxes in 2015.
