So Djanjo, it means in 2012 Census  - 373477 voters could have  voted if there was a election. Because in the 2011 election GECOM register 346,717 voters who cast their votes

Dave, the graph is erroneous. The PNC did not win the 2015 election. The PPP had more votes at every election since 1997. They may do it again in 2020 but may not be able to exceed 33 seats.
