Prime Minister-designate of the APNU+AFC coalition, Moses Nagamootoo is to be sworn in as Prime Minister today at 3 pm at the Ministry of the Presidency formerly known as the Office of the President, GINA reported.
Nagamootoo will take up a role that will see enhanced powers for the Prime Minister.

What power will be enhanced?
He will be permitted to recommend to Minister of State Harmon what kind of tea will be served at Cabinet 
Minister of State Harmon will then forward Nagamootoo's recommendation with his own recommendation for President Granger to choose from. And then Cabinet will enjoy the tea recommended by the Minister of State Joseph Harmon

The point that you don't want to address is that in 1991 Indians were 49% of the population, falling to 40% by 2012. Now why did all these Indians flee the PPP?

Just look at that picture of Moses and compare the equivalent to what the PPP could manage. Doesn't he look like a true professional and an obvious man of authority within government? He even change his regular suit to something far more appropriate and becoming of a statesman.
