Exclusive: US immigration lawyer issued with Guyana passport with different name/DOB
A United States immigration attorney and US passport holder was issued with a Guyana passport back in September 2011 under a different name and with a different date of birth.
Kurt Reagan Saccone holds a United States passport which states he was born in Connecticut on May 21 1966.
However on September 12 2011 he was issued with a Guyana passport under the name of Anthony Michael DaSilva with a DOB of May 5th 1970. We have verified the authenticity of the copy through independent overseas contacts who say that Saccone uses this passport to travel with.
Saccone appears also to have been issued with a birth certificate under the name DaSilva although there is no certifying stamp on the document. It lists his mother’s name as Marilyn Ave Barrow and his father’s as Brian Joseph DaSilva with his place of birth as Queenstown Village, Essequibo on May 5 1970. This birth certificate was issued on July 13 2011 and signed by Transcription Clerk “A Hinckson” and Registrar General J Britton
