The PPP is now suddenly concerned with Chinese lives. Why?

This is the plan. East Indians will be below 40% of the total population in 2013.

Less than 1% of Afro Guyanese are going to be voting PPP in the next elections. The Mixed population are running away from the PPP.

If one is to look at 2012 vs. 1992 then the debt per each child born in Guyana went up to $543,440 in March 2012.
