No one in their right mind would use nuclear weapon against another nation. Nuclear weapons are there to show strength. Israel tough talk about war against Iran is fading. Obama is giving peace a chance and ask the Israeli to give up Palestinians land or else. North Koreans always have to look behind their back because they don't rule with trust of other nations. America is still the peace maker of the world.

The so called Syrian civil war is not a civil war (only civilians are victims), this is an international war between Britain, France, Qatar and Saudi Arabia against Iran and its allies. There is also a third position from Russia and China.  This is simply growing. None of these actors is going to stop. Weapons will be traded to support both sides, so the fire will only get bigger.
