President will hold first press conference Thursday

President David Granger will host his first press conference on Thursday, October 1st, some four months after being elected to office.

The engagement with the media will commence at 11:00 hours at the Ministry of the Presidency.

Granger on Wednesday returned from the 70th United Nations General Assembly where he lobbied the international community to support Guyana on the Venezuela border matter.
