wasted my time listening to this. All he had to say was that purchasing orders and inventory are captured in general ledger and inputted in other modules and that at anytime he has at his fingertips any inventory item or any outstanding or previously purchased.

That apparently is not the case as his "smart" helper insinuated not all inventory items are captured and presently this process is supplemented by  manual record keeping.

If  you purchased the product  10 years ago and still have to maintain a manual strategy to complement your digital strategy you are under performing. Customization of these products does not take that long. I am sure the code is modular and any adjustment is not less cost efficient than the manual process. We used to do this way back via function and procedure calls from main programs and it is quickly implemented. Today those are even more easily implemented as I am sure the company has an abundance of objects in its library it can bring to bare quickly. Also, the code license should have included in house customization as well using in house programmers.

His explanation of public/private financing is also a long winded waste of time. The question is as to its efficiency and whether guyana gets optimum benefits. The berbice river bridge and the Marriott are sub optimum use of this mechanism.
