Ah who cuss Trump? Lol
Trump tweeted that the building was very well built. Yet they are saying today that there were no fire sprinklers.
The building was build in 1983 when sprinklers were not mandatory for such structures.
However, if the building was to undergo rehabilitation, sprinklers will have to be installed as required by the law passed in 1999.

I agree. However, nothing would preclude a building owner from making those installations on their own though. Granted, it would be a costly undertaking especially for how slow things move in New York.
