This is the ramifications of the afc/pnc attack on law enforcement. The police are now afraid or under direction from their PNc/afc bosses to not do their jobs in apprehending criminals as they would be charged with human rights violations. Remember in Guyana, complements of the afc/pnc, criminals are the good guys and the working stiff is the bad guy.  So now people have to take justice in their own hands as the phantoms have been sent on indefinite leave.

The PPP has been incapable of controlling crime, and has in fact increased it. Thanks to the AFC the victims are fighting back.

You really ahve no respect for the PPP do you.  Druggie if the PPP cannot even control law enforcement in Guyana they are ineffective and should just sit down in the opposition.

As the govt they are responsible for a police force and a judiciary that is efficient, effective and minimally corrupt.

But you see druggie the PPP prefers to hire black criminals to kill off people who they do not like.  Certainly not one would expect of a civilized and domocratic society where it is up to the courst to determine guilt and to awazrd appropriate punishments.
