Today is August 2. Exactly five months since the March 2 general and regional elections in Guyana. A small country with small population and smaller number of voters.

What should have been a simple and straightforward arithmetical exercise has turned out to be rocket science for the Lowenfield-Mingo clique of dunces in GECOM and their teachers in Congress Place.

Any kindergarten kid will tell us that 2 + 2 = 4. That kid knows her arithmetic well. But the GECOM Secretariat dunces and their PNC teachers want the world to believe that 2 + 2 = 3 for the PPP/C while 2 + 2 = 5 for the PNC-dominated APNU+AFC. Notwithstanding they already failed to convince us that 33 is not the majority of 65.

Very soon they will have to digest a harsh lesson that they must never again tamper with the laws of arithmetic to suit their desired outcome.

Teacher Gilly recommends remedial training for those hardheaded dullards in the Onderneeming Boys' School on the Essequibo Coast and/or the Sibley Hall correctional college in Mazaruni.

In these contemporary times, Mingo is the Quamina of 1823. The man had enough of his slave masters (the PPP), he emancipated by proclamation of his arithematic.

Seriously bro, dem black folks are not interested in anybody's logics. Simply, they feel unless drastic actions are taken they will loose what is theres. Having a progressive country is of no interest to them, they doan care if every citizen has enough to eat and live comfortably. They are not willing to share, the time has passed for that and all the missed opportunities can only viewed as, only if.

This thing has come down to Black and Indians. The PPP is not the group to negotiate a reasonable resolution. As I have said before, Indians need an organization like they had before, BGEIA. Intelligent men and women to mount a meaningful discussion. Use the case studies of Uganda and Fiji.
