Parts of Western Canada(BC) are being demolished, we,re now having ice pellets coming down, expecting 10cm snow (5 cm brings out the heavy equipment for the roads)

Seems we can't run anywhere, nowhere is safe. We done dead, if is not Covid, it's Bad damaging weather or as I read today,Monkey pox (someone returned from Nigeria and brought it to the US) then there is the Annual flu and last but not least, Goadie.

leaves all over the place here. my spanish neighbor always makes a big heap in front, then all of it blows to my yard. I feel like cussing them

I would bag them. Wait until they are gone to work and then go empty all of it at the front door. If they say anything to you, just smile and say that you thought they wanted them.

You can also say: que tenga un buen día

A leaf blower aimed at the leaves and toward his front lawn would do wonders.

In the beaches area (Queen East) leaves are placed loose at the curb, I don't recall seeing leaf bags when I worked around there.

My City used to send around the vacuum. That service is no longer available. The problem was that most of leaves ended in the sewer and caused blockages. We have to bag them and they only come around every two weeks.

To keep the peace, I would buy some bags and give them to him or go out when they are gathering the leaves and help bag them.  A Corona beer can do wonders too.
