I enjoy drinking decaffeinated green tea, hot or cold! But lately was wondering is it as healthy as caffeinated green tea? I understand that caffeine is bad especially with calcium loss like in soda. But I know we should aim for the least processed. I really don't want to drink any forms of caffeine. What would be the best thing to do?

I have been drinking caffeine all my life. Also at work, they pump you with caffeine so you get energized to work for 14 hours straight. Maybe the sugar is bad for you, not the caffeine.

yuh know that guy Sanjay Gupta-he said he consume no sugar, no meats, no dairy products and no processed foods. I wonder what he could be eating.
He meditates, he says. That could be his secret-an unconcious state of mind doan require any energy.
