Minister of State Joseph Harmon yesterday dismissed the suggestion circulating in the public that President David Granger may not be the APNU+AFC presidential candidate for the upcoming general elections.
“I think we have an excellent candidate in the president,” Harmon said when contacted yesterday.

1) There is fighting within PNC camp for the President position. Basil Williams host a public meeting at Paradise Primary School ECD over the weekend... informed the supporters, Granger wants him to be President.
He also stir the violence card, reminding the supporters “ right here on the East Coast, PPP is responsible for hundreds of blacks killing.
2) Granger ill health will draw more sympathy voters for PNC.
Basil Williams presentation in Parliament last week was so pathetic that one would think that he would have gone into hiding. I am embarrassed for him and I am only a cane cutter.

I heard it will be Granger. Granger said the rest of the line up not experienced enough.
No worries. Granger isnt a money hawk so can exist in the opposition. Harmon made enough money and has ties with the Jagdeo faction, so he will continue to get some crumbs.
