You don't have to be old to enjoy yesteryear classic like Moon River. Andy William is one of my all-time favorite singers. RIP, Andy.
Man that is sad news. One of my favourite singers in my younger years. He will be greatly missed.

Great song, "Mon River " Henry Mancini wrote the song for Aubry Hepburn. It is very simply but still a bit tricky to get initially. The song is voiced low because of her limited alto singing range. It was set in the key of F in 3/4 time. The three beats per measure is split into 2 rolling base notes followed by two strums.I like the original better than Andy Williams even though it is what most people remember. I will remember him for "love story" more.
