Event Description

HOLI, the festival of color, is one of India's most popular festivals. It is celebrated at the beginning spring where people lovingly smear color on each other and celebrate with music, dance, good foodand drinks.

This year, again, Jersey City's SURATI for Performing Arts, is excited to bring to the people of the tri-state area and beyond, its 7th annual Holi event.The event will be hosted outdoors Exchange Place and Grundy Pier, JerseyCity and will be FREE to the public. The event will start at 12 Noon and go to 6 pm. There wil be booths selling art and craft and jewelery, food and beverages as well. (Rain date: Sunday, March 29).
