From boycotts to budget cuts, the opposition continued attempts at destabilizing the government shows that there is a clear agenda to cripple the economy and make this country ungovernable why else would they cut $21 Billion out of the budget, out of the economy, out of the pockets of hard working Guyanese if not to create anarchy. First they went after the business community, APNU activist Lurlene Nestor was vocal in her call on supporters of the APNU to “band your belly this Christmas,” while noting that the movement was sending a strong message to the business community. She said that there have been calls by the Private Sector Commis-sion for the APNU to “allow them to continue profiting off of you” but she noted that many should be able to make sacrifices this Christmas in solidarity with the APNU as supporters chanted, “After this the tempo will be upped, no more Hits and Jams… after this no more Kashif and Shanghai,” Bond said, while charging that the football tournament organiser Kashif Muhammad had proudly shared his preference for the government of Guyana. Now APNU has colluded with AFC to stymie economic progress and to take jobs away from innocent workers, because it hurts them to see the successes of this PPP government, so they stall funding for Amaila project and ICT projects, these people are wicked and vindictive next budget they gonna cut by $42 Billion then pretend as though it is good for the country, such astronomical ridiculousness must not be tolerated by APNU/AFC..Just how they left the country poor and economy crippled that's how they would like to see it again those politicians and professors who curse big business are fighting for a lower standard of living and a higher cost of living ....The PPP inherited a depressed country and was able to transform it into what it is today, look at the our progress over the last decade and how things have gotten way better. It may not be picture perfect as yet but we are on the right course to economic prosperity.
