The suspected Chelsea bomber pleaded not guilty to attempted murder charges Tuesday.

In a court appearance, Ahmad Khan Rahimi struggled to walk and had to be helped into his seat by court officers.

Prosecutors say he was wounded in a gun battle with police officers before they captured him outside a bar in Linden, New Jersey.

Back on September 17, Rahimi allegedly set off a bomb on West 23rd Street that injured more than 30 people.

He previously pleaded not guilty to charges related to the explosion.

These folks that do wrong in are America are lucky to have due process before convicted. They even have rights in prison to complaint about food and living conditions. They must have television, gyn, library and a chance to study for academic degrees. They have opportunities to redeem themselves and return to society. Prison life is good in America.
