GCB Child Protection course resumes tomorrow

The series of GCB Child Protection Courses will continue this week across the country starting today at the Port Mourant Community Centre and will target teachers and coaches mainly from the Corentyne area.

Tomorrow and Wednesday, the GCB’s board room (top flat of office building) will be the venue for two workshops, with the workshop tomorrow, 11 July 2017, targeting teachers and coaches from the West Demerara location, while the clinic on Wednesday will target teachers and coaches from East Bank Demerara, Georgetown and the East Coast of Demerara.

On Thursday a similar workshop will be held at the Bayroc Club ground for teachers and coaches from the Upper Demerara region, while on Friday the Essequibo Cricket Board hostel will be the venue for the last in a series of workshops. All workshops will start at 09:00 hours.
