I find this quote quite interesting.
The populace ('bert's word throughout the campaign)cannot sit by idle and expect a change to just happen,they have to get off their tuffs, get out there and vote for the change they want. Push ahead

That would only happen if the Guyanese people voted for someone, let's say, like Hitler instead of the PPP. Even then,they (PPP/C) could be considered a close runner up.
