I agree with Hinds here. It may even provide the necessary two thirds support necessary to make major changes to Burnham's crooked constitution. It may seem like a small step but in Guyana, no step toward any kind of reform is small.

His daughter replaced Rupert Roopnaraine when he was vacated from Parliament as a dual citizen.
